This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

Please read this policy carefully before booking or purchasing any of our services.

 

Service-Based Refunds

Due to the nature of our services (consultancy, training, audits, and support), refunds are typically not offered once the service has been delivered in whole or in part.

However, we will consider refunds or partial refunds under the following circumstances:

• If a service has not yet commenced and is canceled with 48–72 hours' notice, a partial refund may be issued, minus an admin or planning fee.

• If Perissos Consultancy is unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen internal circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Where services have already been delivered or partially delivered.

• Where the client cancels within 48 hours of the agreed start time.

• Where dissatisfaction arises from factors outside our control, including:

  • Organisational failure to act on guidance

  • Lack of internal follow-through by the client

• For any digital or downloadable resources once accessed or downloaded

 

Payment Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a payment dispute with their bank or card provider.

We are committed to resolving issues professionally and fairly.

 

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to:

• Your name and organisation

• The service purchased

• Date of booking

• Reason for refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 working days.

 

Amendments

Perissos Consultancy reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take immediate effect.
